These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of  AISYF.ORG(the “Website”). By registering an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the site with verifiable parental consent.
  • Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Account Sharing: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

  • Fees: Access to certain “Premium” features requires a paid subscription. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
  • Payment Failures: If a payment is not successfully settled, we reserve the right to suspend your access to paid features immediately.
  • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

3. COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT (SOCIAL RULES)

As a community platform, you agree NOT to host, display, upload, modify, publish, or share any information that:

  • Belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right.
  • Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, or invasive of another’s privacy.
  • Is insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, race, or ethnicity.
  • Is harmful to child(ren) or minors.
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
  • Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message (impersonation).
  • Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India.

4. JOB BOARD AND EMPLOYMENT DISCLAIMER

  • Intermediary Role: We act solely as a platform to connect job seekers and employers. We do not screen or censor the listings or the users.
  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that using the Website will result in being hired or finding a candidate.
  • Verification: Users are responsible for performing their own due diligence before accepting a job offer or hiring a candidate. Never pay money for a “Job Processing Fee” to any employer found on this site.

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (INTERMEDIARY PROTECTION)

  • Safe Harbor: Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, we are an “Intermediary.” We are not liable for the content posted by users.
  • License: By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on our platform.
  • Takedown: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or upon receiving a valid government order/court order within the timelines prescribed by law (typically 36–72 hours).

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • The Website’s design, logo, and original content are the exclusive property of [Insert Company Name]. You may not use our branding without written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISYF.ORG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or employment disputes.

8. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.

10. MODIFICATIONS

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or a notice on the Website. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
