फेडरेशन का उद्देश्य समाज के उत्थान के लिए युवा संगठनों का निर्माण करना और उनके सर्वांगीण विकास में युवाओं की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करना है। यह शिक्षित बेरोजगार युवाओं को स्वरोजगार हेतु मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करता है और स्वरोजगार में लगे युवाओं की उन्नति के लिए प्रयास करता है। फेडरेशन वरिष्ठ सदस्यों, युवा साथियों एवं नव सदस्यों के लिए विविध कार्यक्रम आयोजित करता है और आवश्यक सहयोग प्रदान करता है, साथ ही सामाजिक विषमताओं और गलत परंपराओं को समाप्त करने हेतु विशेष पहल करता है। यह सामाजिक समितियों, संस्थाओं एवं संगठनों से समन्वय स्थापित कर विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करता है, नारी शक्ति को सुदृढ़ बनाता है और उन्हें समाज विकास की मुख्य धारा में जोड़ने के लिए निरंतर प्रयास करता है। इसके अलावा, समाज के युवाओं का सामाजिक प्रदर्शन, विकास और विश्व पटल पर ख्याति स्थापित करना तथा नवाचार और उन्मुखीकरण कार्यक्रम बनाकर क्रियान्वयन करना इसका लक्ष्य है।

The Federation aims to uplift society by preparing youth organizations and ensuring their active participation in holistic development. It provides guidance for self‑employment to educated unemployed youth and strives to advance those already in self‑employment. The Federation organizes diverse programs and offers necessary support for senior members, youth, and new members, while taking special initiatives to eradicate social inequalities and harmful traditions. It coordinates with social committees, institutions, and organizations to excel in various fields, empowers women and integrates them into the mainstream of societal development. Furthermore, it seeks to establish the social performance, development, and global recognition of the society’s youth and implements innovative and orientation programs for societal progress.
