  • Professional Data: Job title, company name, and industry (for our Job Board).
  • Transaction Data: Details about payments to us (collected via Razorpay/PhonePe). Note: We do not store your Credit Card numbers or UPI PINs.

2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

We use your data for the following specific purposes:

  • Account Setup: To create your profile on AISYF.ORG.
  • Subscription Management: To process your payments and manage your membership level.
  • Connecting the Community: To allow members to find each other and apply for jobs.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with Indian tax laws (GST) and the IT Rules 2021.

3. CONSENT AND YOUR RIGHTS

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you are the “Data Principal” and have the following rights:

  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent for data processing at any time by deleting your account or contacting us.
  • Right to Correction: You can update your profile details at any time via your Account Settings.
  • Right to Erasure: You can request that we delete all your personal data from our servers.
  • Right to Grievance Redressal: If you feel your data is being misused, you have the right to complain to our Grievance Officer (details below) or the Data Protection Board of India.

4. DATA SECURITY (SAFEGUARDS)

We implement robust technical measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption: All data transferred between your browser and our server is encrypted via SSL.
  • Access Control: Only authorized administrators can view your private contact information.

5. DATA RETENTION

  • Active Accounts: We keep your data as long as your account is active.
  • Deleted Accounts: If you delete your account, we erase your data within 30 days, except for transaction records (invoices) which we must keep for 7 years for GST/Tax audit purposes.

6. THIRD-PARTY SHARING

We do not sell your data. We only share data with:

  • Payment Gateways (Razorpay/PhonePe): To process your subscription.
  • Hosting Providers: Where our database is securely stored.
  • Legal Authorities: Only when required by a valid government order under the IT Rules 2021.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our website is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a minor has registered without verifiable parental consent, we will delete the data immediately.
